What Shipped, What Changed
A reverse-chronological record of new features, improvements, and fixes across the product.
Session recordings can be filtered by drop-off point
Jump straight to session recordings that ended at checkout, on a specific product page, or in search, instead of scrolling through every recording looking for the ones that matter. Passwords and payment fields stay masked on every session, and Do Not Track is still respected automatically.
Demand forecast adds a confidence indicator to every view
Every forecast now shows which method produced it and how reliable that method has been historically, so a thin or noisy sales history reads as a plainer trend estimate rather than a precise-looking number you might over-trust.
Fixed a delay in back-in-stock alert delivery
Back-in-stock alerts could lag behind a catalog sync by several minutes on stores with large catalogs. Alerts now fire in step with the sync that detects the stock change, with no separate polling delay.
Live agent takeover for the shopping assistant
A live desk now lists every active assistant conversation across your stores, with a badge on the ones asking for a person. Take over mid-conversation with the full chat history intact, reply as yourself, and hand it back to the assistant when you're done.
Retention scoring adds a fourth risk band
Customers are now grouped into Active, At risk, Lapsing, and Lost, instead of three bands, making it easier to tell a slightly overdue customer from one where a win-back offer is unlikely to land. Win-back emails still require at least two past orders before a customer is eligible for scoring.
Fixed abandoned-cart recovery links expiring early
Recovery links on the second and third recovery emails in a sequence could expire ahead of the schedule set in cart recovery settings. Link expiry now reads consistently from the same setting across all three emails in a sequence.
Zero-result search report
Every search that comes back empty is now logged in a dedicated report, so a missing synonym, a missing rule, or a genuine stocking gap gets found and fixed instead of quietly costing an order.
Recommendation blocks support A/B variants
Run two versions of a recommendation block against each other and keep the winner. Existing blocks are unaffected until a variant is explicitly created, and reporting for a block's original version continues without interruption.
